Total weight loss: 55John had a feeling this would happen since last week he lost 5 pounds and the scale stayed steady all week. Based on past trends, he will be down next week. I think he looks thinner than last week and his clothes support my hypothesis. Work has been crazy for him but he still managed to make it to the gym 1 day this week. Next week he plans on hitting the gym twice.
